Don't sit still, don't you move away from here
Don't you stop pushing me, I can take so much

So goodbye apathy, so long fancy free
Goodbye apathy,
I don't wanna be... you...

Back from the India trip =D
I missed home!
Being in India for 6 days made me realise how fortunate i am for living in a country like Singapore. For once, im actually proud to be a Singaporean! Its a privellege i feel.

Theres so many things to say, so many things to look at, so many places to visit, so many things to try! I must say India is a pretty vibrant country with rich culture and traditions. I wouldn't say everyday was fun & exciting, but being with Zubi, Nina & Meveen made my trip really fun:)

Theres loads of pictures to share with u guys, but il post a few here & make a slideshow with some other pictures another day!

Its going to be a pretty LOOONG entry :)

The Camel Ride i'l never forget! We screamed our ass off!!
PRETTY BOY!
i couldn't tell if its a she or a he..but this child was adorableee!

Thats some intricate work huh!
On the elephant! Im starting to like elephants ALOT!They're cute:)
Our elephant's name was Rajrani.
The palace on water..

Girl Fightt!!

A picture speaks a thousand words..

can you spot AMITABH BACHANN!?? (click on this pic to have a bigger view!)
Another cutiee!

With Sassssy!

Check em' out! We had to wear these into the Taj Mahal
That could be your hotel towel!!

Zubi's grumpy face!Hahaha..

Looks a whole lot more beautiful at night rite!

Well, atleast we tried giving the cool hostile look.
Preppy eh!

Mr Sas' teacher instinct never fails him anywhere..
Was a little sleepy =D
MAHARAJA MAC!! the Indian equivalent to Big Mac..

My dream come true!Maltesers BUCKET =D

We had loads of fun. Some freaky experiences but i guess it was a memorable and worthwhile trip!

The times spent with my roomies were the best! Everynight we stayed up till 2 or 3am thats abt 5 or 6am in S'pore having our hot chocolate party, watching the Indian MTV which i think is wayy better than ours cos the songs were all damn nice!

Some hotels were rather eerie so we rang doorbells of the other students and ran off to our room. We could hear them say 'OMG OMG..theres no one at the door!shitt!' and we would be laughing our ass off in the room. and we disturbed a couple of random people!and Zuby was almost stoned!!hahs..these 3 kids threatened to throw stones at her!oh god that was classic man! We also took a couple of stalker pictures of someone!!Hehehe..can't show them here tho!

ooohh and we had freaky STALKERS at the Taj Mahal. These 3 guys followed the 4 of us and they tried talking pictures of us by pretending to take pictures of them everywhere we went.LOSERS!

The food was ok. Nothing great but their fried chicken is the BEST!their vanilla ice cream was really good too. We were like deprived kids whenever they gave us ice cream! The four of us would ask for our 2nd or 3rd helping!

The main meat we got there was chicken! So by the end of the trip we were all craving for BEEF!!ok i know im hindu& its a sin and bla bla bla..but how can u resist the beef in CHEESEBURGERS!?!

At the airport after arrival, when dad asked me what i felt like eating and my immediate answer was BEEF!NASI LEMAK!CHILLI CRAB!boy did i miss local food badly!

i don't think i'l be eating CHAPATTIS in a LONG TIME!!

so i devoured my black pepper whopper from BK!

and the same for the SOFT DRINKS TOO!they only allowed us to drink them on the last day cos they were afraid we would get sick. You should have seen the desperate spasctic smiles on our faces when we saw PEPSI & 7-up! So much so that we wanted to steal a bottle back for our last late night party! But thankfully, the guys there simply gave the 2litre bottle to us :) so sweett!

India in total was a rather spectacular country with its rich history & culture. Its just amazing how people in those times were able to construct such massive buildings with absolutely intricate carvings&paintings. Really amazing!

You would be really surprised with their electric train system. the station looked alot like our Dhoby Ghaut MRT station with those EZ-link tapping card machines!on our last night we went to Connaught Drive which is a high end shopping street with loads of branded goods shop and fast food like MacD & Pizza Hut!

Pizza Hut's garlic bread was awesome!!!i think i'm gonna try making garlic bread the INDIAN way now!

When i came home, i watched Fanaa!Which is like the most appropriate movie to watch especially after going to Delhi! i kept saying 'omg i saw that!omg i was there!' to my brother. quite bimbotic i know!but i was just excited!!!

Incredible India as they say, is pretty incredible indeed:)
